As a University sports club, we offer a viable means
of you training with people your own age group. Through our training sessions
we aim to foster an atmosphere of friendship and comradre between members
of the team, whilst improving all our levels of fitness. After all, the
chances are if your intrigued by the club, you already share at least
one common interest with other members of the club. The sessions we provide
include:
- Monday
Night Running Club
- Circuits
- Introduction
to Coaches down at Northwood Stadium
- 'Ad-hoc'
